Welcome to WeMint. By using https://wemint.ma or requesting a Growth X‑Ray, you agree to these terms.
1. About WeMint
The website is operated by WeMint SARL, ICE 004044376000083, 59 Boulevard Zerktouni, Résidence Les Fleurs, 11ème étage, Bureau 32 / Maarif, Casablanca, Morocco (contact@wemint.ma, +212 709 252 294). WeMint provides done-for-you performance marketing and growth services for businesses, including advertising management, CRM automation, landing page development and related services (“Services”).
2. Use of the website
You agree to use the website lawfully. You may not interfere with its operation, security or availability, or submit false or abusive requests through our forms.
3. The Growth X‑Ray
The Growth X‑Ray is the entry point to our Services. It comes in two versions.
Growth X‑Ray (free). A live audit of your business plus Q&A, on a call. It costs nothing and involves no payment. It does not create any obligation to buy.
Growth X‑Ray Pro (3,000 MAD HT). A full diagnosis: every leak ranked by priority and a 90-day action plan, delivered after the session as a visual plan, a PDF and a video walkthrough.
How the Pro works:
- You request it through the form on the Growth X‑Ray page.
- We send you our payment details. You pay by bank transfer or deposit to the WeMint company account.
- Your session is booked once we have received the payment.
Prices are in Moroccan dirhams, excluding tax (HT).
4. Credit and refund (Pro)
- 100% credited. If you start any WeMint service within 30 days, the full 3,000 MAD HT is credited against it.
- Refund guarantee. If you are not happy with the plan by the end of the session, we rework it once, free of charge. If you are still not happy, we refund 100% of the amount paid.

5. Consultations and services
A free Growth X‑Ray, or a booking, does not create a binding service agreement. Any paid engagement with WeMint is governed by a separate agreement setting out scope, price and terms for that engagement.
6. No guarantee of results
We work to deliver effective strategies, but WeMint does not guarantee specific results, including lead volume, sales, revenue or return on ad spend. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, belongs to WeMint or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission. WeMint is not affiliated with wemint.ai.
8. Third-party services
The website and our Services may rely on third-party platforms (for example Meta, Google and GoHighLevel). We are not responsible for their practices or availability.
9. Personal data
We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy, in line with Moroccan Law 09-08.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeMint is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or of the free Growth X‑Ray. Nothing in these terms limits the refund described in section 4.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version is posted on this page with its date. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept it.
