Privacy policy

WeMint respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through https://wemint.ma, why, who sees it, and what rights you have under Moroccan law.

1. Who we are

The data controller is WeMint SARL, ICE 004044376000083, 59 Boulevard Zerktouni, Résidence Les Fleurs, 11ème étage, Bureau 32 / Maarif, Casablanca, Morocco. Contact: contact@wemint.ma, +212 709 252 294.

2. The law that applies

Your personal data is protected in Morocco by Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, supervised by the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP). We process your data in line with this law.

3. Information we collect

What you send us. When you fill in our Growth X‑Ray form, we receive: your full name, phone number, email address, city, industry, biggest challenge, annual revenue bracket, monthly marketing budget bracket (optional), the X‑Ray version you chose (free or Pro), your message (optional) and your consent tick.

Sent with the form. The page you sent it from, your language, the date and time, and any campaign tags in the link you came from (utm_ parameters, gclid, fbclid).

Collected automatically. Our site statistics run on a self-hosted Umami instance that does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you. It records page views and general visit information such as the pages visited, referring site, device and browser type, and approximate country.

Stored in your browser. Your language choice is kept in your browser’s local storage so the site opens in the right language. It is not sent to us.

4. Why we use it

  • To answer your request and book your Growth X‑Ray
  • To send you confirmation and follow-up emails about that request
  • To prepare the call and follow up on it
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it
  • To prevent spam and abuse of our forms

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the site. They only receive what they need:

  • WeDevelopz client portal: stores the requests sent through our forms and hosts our site statistics (Umami). It acts on our behalf.
  • MailerSend: sends the confirmation and notification emails.
  • GoHighLevel: WeMint’s CRM, where your request is forwarded so we can follow it up.
  • Vercel: hosts the website.
  • YouTube (Google): hosts our explainer video. It loads in privacy-enhanced mode, and only after you click play. Before that, nothing is sent to YouTube.

Some of these providers are located or store data outside Morocco. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

6. Advertising and measurement tools

To measure the performance of our ads, we may use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel. Google Analytics measures how visitors use the site; the Meta Pixel records that a visitor who came from a Meta ad sent a request, so we can measure and improve those ads. They may use cookies or similar technologies. They are not part of the site today. If we add them, we will update this policy first, and tell you about any choice you have.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as needed to answer it and follow it up. If it does not lead to a project, we delete it after 24 months without contact. If you become a client, we keep your data for the duration of the relationship and as long as the law requires us to keep accounting records. Site statistics are kept in aggregate form.

8. Your rights

Under Law 09-08 you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you (article 7);
  • rectify it, or have it updated, erased or blocked when it is inaccurate, incomplete or processed unlawfully (article 8);
  • object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your data (article 9), and at any time, free of charge, to its use for commercial prospecting.

To use these rights, write to contact@wemint.ma and tell us what you want. We may ask you to prove your identity. You can also contact the CNDP (https://www.cndp.ma) if you think your rights are not respected.

9. Cookies

Our site does not use advertising cookies today. Site statistics are cookieless. See section 6 for the tools that may be added.

10. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The new version is posted on this page with its date. We will update it before adding any new measurement tool.
